Mindful Meditation & Self-Compassion

Anyone with a curiosity about mindfulness, meditation, and their incredible benefits should come along to an introductory session! This workshop is for people who have little to no experience and who would like to jump start their practice with proven methods.  This includes those who are considering taking a longer program, such as MSC or MFY, or simply people looking for community and on-going opportunities to practice Mindfulness.

During this workshop, participants with learn how to:

  • Practice mindfulness and meditation
  • Increase ability to relax while resting in the present moment.
  • Improve ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Release tensions and increase energy.
  • Cultivate skills in being present to bring more joy, creativity, and happiness into life.
